DSV is seeking a Terminal Manager for its Puurs crossdock and road operations. You will oversee a 24/7 terminal environment, driving efficiency, structure and continuous improvement while managing P&L and a high-volume operation with multiple loading docks.

You will lead supervisors and teams, ensure safe, customer-focused activities, and coordinate with stakeholders to uphold company standards and drive transformation. This role demands strong leadership and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Terminal Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of crossdock operations and high-volume hubs.
• Experience leading large operational teams across multiple levels.
• Track record in change management and operational transformation.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the terminal's operational and financial performance (P&L).
• Develop supervisors and team leaders across a 24/7 operation.
• Ensure efficient, safe, customer-focused crossdock and export activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance.
• Act as the overall operational leader for the Road terminal.
