Equans Belux is seeking a DBFM Tender Manager to lead the entire tender process for complex infrastructure projects in the Mobility division. The role involves analysing tender docs, project scope, and risks, coordinating multiple teams, and serving as the client’s first contact.

You will develop competitive proposals within contractual and technical frameworks. The position offers hybrid work with travel across Belgium, a market-rate salary, and benefits including insurance, vouchers, a company

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or finance.
• 10+ years experience in tender management, or willingness to apply as a recent graduate with strong commitment.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with AI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead teams and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire tender process from A to Z.
• Analyse tender documents, contract conditions, project scope and planning; identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate communication between tender teams and external parties.
• Lead discussions and completion of Heads of Terms and main industrial agreements.
• Optimise bids to increase contract win chances; build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
