ENTICO ICT is seeking a business analyst to identify and analyze needs, translate them into requirements and assess impact on processes and tools. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to shape options, document requirements and support strategic decisions.

You will help define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing to verify outcomes, serving as a trusted link across stakeholder groups and ensuring consistent documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement or a comparable role with a strong analytical mindset.
• Understanding of how business processes, technology and organizational change interact.
• Ability to connect different perspectives into a coherent view and to translate complexity into practical deliverables.
• Experience in cross-functional environments and collaboration between business, technical and operational teams.

• You identify and analyze business needs, challenges and opportunities, translating them into clear requirements and assessing their impact on processes, teams, customer experience, systems and tools.
• You work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape solution options, document requirements and support decision-making at both strategic and operational level.
• You define acceptance criteria and help validate whether delivered solutions meet the agreed business objectives, including coordination of testing activities where relevant.
• You act as a trusted link between different stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment, knowledge sharing and consistent documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
