EPAM Systems in West Flanders, Belgium is seeking a Programme Delivery Manager – Technology to oversee large-scale client engagements across the Benelux region. This role carries full delivery accountability and requires balancing strategic oversight with technical depth.

Based in an office and client-site setting, you will drive end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and risks, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable business impact while fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large, complex, multi-team programs (50+ FTE, multi-year duration).
• Proven track record delivering enterprise commerce or digital transformation in a consulting context.
• Experience with legacy-to-microservices modernization."
• Background delivering for retail, grocery or consumer-goods clients is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing program budgets of $10M+ annually.
• Strong understanding of microservices, cloud-native delivery, CI/CD and DevOps.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC/PDLC and PM methodologies.
• Fluent in agile delivery at scale (SAFe, LeSS) and hybrid model.
• Ability to engage in architectural discussions with senior staff.
• Understanding of AI solutions to improve SDLC efficiency.
• Executive presence to influence at VP/C-level.
• Excellent written and verbal English (Dutch a plus).
• Skilled in managing distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong commercial acumen for change requests and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end program delivery from initiation to completion per EPAM processes.
• Manage client relationships at project, program and governance levels.
• Identify and mitigate engagement risks and issues.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans and Statements of Work.
• Coordinate SDLC/ITSM-aligned activity streams and budgets.
• Oversee delivery aspects including financials, sourcing, implementation and compliance.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive estimates, plans and retrospectives.
