Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategy projects.

• Detect risks early in content and team dynamics.
• Act as main contact for VP-level stakeholders; facilitate senior workshops.
• Support principals and partners through delivery ownership and proposals.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategy projects and subprojects, balancing content, client leadership, and team management
• Translate complex client questions into a structured approach and steer teams toward rigorous, strategically meaningful outcomes
• Maintain the intellectual overview of the project by aligning storylines, analyses, and deliverables across modules
• Lead and coach teams of 3 to 5 consultants by setting direction, pace, and quality standards
• Detect risks early in both content and team dynamics
• Act as the main point of contact for VP-level stakeholders and facilitate senior workshops
• Support Principals and Partners through delivery ownership and contribution to proposals and opportunity spotting

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced strategy consultants with a strong track record in strategy, preferably in consulting
• Hold a Master’s or PhD degree in Science Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields.
• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, including VP-level executives
• Take initiative in managing project scope, priorities, risks, and team dynamics
• Excel in coaching and developing Lead Consultants and team members
• Are motivated to grow into broader leadership roles within Addestino
• Are fluent in Dutch or French and have a solid understanding of the other language; strong English skills are required
