In this role you handle inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, prepare quotes, manage orders, and coordinate with warehouse and account managers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate administration.

• Provide expert advice on truck and trailer parts and answer technical questions.
• Prepare, follow up and accurately process quotes in the system.

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Provide expert advice on truck and trailer parts and answer technical questions.
• Prepare, track and accurately process quotes in the system.
• Manage orders and monitor delivery times and stock levels.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from the warehouse, purchasing, and account managers.
• Research complex technical questions in consultation with specialists.
• Ensure correct and organized administrative handling of active dossiers.
• Switch between customer contact, technical, and administration to guarantee excellent service.
