Job summary

ShowTex Belgium is seeking a Technical Warehouse Operator to manage orders from A to Z, verify accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of materials to customers worldwide. You will handle technical tasks, stock checks, and collaborate with colleagues to keep processes efficient and safe.

You will work in a dynamic, family-like team with offices across Europe. The role requires hands-on practical knowledge in warehouse operations, strong computer skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Secondary education diploma or equivalent experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Technical knowledge or practical experience in mechanics, electronics or assembly is a plus.
• Good technical insight and ability to quickly get to grips with new products and systems.
• Comfortable working with computers and able to pick up new software quickly.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and ensure accuracy from start to finish.
• Handle large volumes and occasional heavy weights.
• Coordinate priorities and delivery times via email/Teams.
• Ensure orders are correctly entered in systems and properly packed.
• Support stock checks and maintain a safe, tidy work environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Your focus is on the hardware and technical side of our warehouse. You’ll analyse technical orders, pick the right materials and check along the way that everything is complete and correct. Missing a component or notice that something doesn’t quite add up? You’ll spot it before the package leaves the building.

You’ll work with large volumes and, at times, some fairly hefty weights. You’ll make sure orders are correctly processed in our systems, package materials and, when needed, carry out technical tasks such as cutting profiles to size.

You’ll also be an important point of contact for colleagues, departments and other stakeholders. Through email and Teams, you’ll coordinate priorities, delivery times, missing components and any changes, making sure every order is completed on time and without mistakes.

Regular stock checks are part of the job too. You’ll help keep our inventory accurate and contribute to a safe, organised and tidy working environment.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

• You have a secondary education diploma or equivalent experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Technical knowledge or practical experience in mechanics, electronics or assembly is a plus.

• You’re comfortable working with computers and pick up new software quickly.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch and English.
