ADI Global Distribution is seeking a motivated individual to join its Technical Support Department in Belgium. The role focuses on delivering high-level technical support across 300+ products from multiple vendors in the fire and security sector, with hands-on training and career development opportunities.

The position offers hybrid work arrangements (3 days onsite / 2 days from home) and exposure to cutting-edge technology within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic products via projects, internships, apprenticeships, or work.
• Fluent in Flemish/Dutch and French; English skills considered a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Learn with guidance to understand project requirements and system functionality.
• Assist with remote site surveys to gather site information and identify challenges.
• Support senior technicians in diagnosing technical issues and solutions.
• Participate in training programs to develop tech and support skills.
• Prepare service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Understand customer requirements and assist in preparing recommendations.
• Assist customers with installation methods and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior team members.
• Collect key metrics and data to support reporting and analysis.
• Support training and development for internal teams and customers when required.
