Nextensa SA seeks a Technical Property Manager to lead the technical installations and oversee portfolio performance. You will build strong relationships with tenants, customers, and suppliers while driving end-to-end quality and cost optimisation for our buildings.

The role involves technical management, financial reporting, and coordinating multiple processes and stakeholders to keep tenant satisfaction high. Fluency in French, Dutch and English is advantageous.

We are looking for a Technical Property Manager with a focus on managing technical installations.

The Technical Property Manager plays a central role in achieving the successful management of the Nextensa portfolio. The focus is on fostering relationships with customers, suppliers, and optimising the end-to-end quality and cost of our buildings for our tenants.

This role involves many facets: technical management, liaising with customers, suppliers, financial reporting, coordinating the various processes and stakeholders to ensure that tenant satisfaction remains high.
