• Experience coordinating technical maintenance, tendering, planning and execution.
• Proven ability to manage service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security) and evaluate offers.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations governing facilities.
• Experience reviewing invoices and managing maintenance budgets.
