The role offers high autonomy with visible impact, ownership of preventive maintenance programs, budget management, contractor oversight, and compliance with HSE standards; fluent English and French are required, and CAD/FM tools knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate technical maintenance, including tendering, planning, and execution.
• Manage service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and evaluate supplier offers, contracts, and performance.
• Monitor works execution to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Respond proactively to technical issues and operational incidents.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
• Review and validate invoices from contractors and suppliers.
• Optimize space utilization and coordinate internal relocations.
• Organize facility services using dedicated FM tools and systems.
