Michael PageZoek een Property Manager voor een gerenommeerde vastgoeddienstverlener in België. Je coördineert technisch onderhoud, planning en aanbestedingen, en ziet toe op naleving van arbo- en milieuregels.

Daarnaast beoordeel je offertes en prestaties van leveranciers en beheer je onderhoudsbudgetten. Je optimaliseert ruimtegebruik, coördineert interne relocaties en organiseert facilitaire diensten met FM-tools.

Qualifications

• Achtergrond in engineering, faciliteitenbeheer of technische operaties.
• Ervaring in gebouwbeheer of vastgoeddiensten.
• Uitstekende organisatorische en prioriteringsvaardigheden.
• Sterke communicatie en stakeholder-coördinatie.
• Vloeiend in Engels en Frans voor professionele interacties.

Responsabilités

• Coördineer technisch onderhoud, inclusief aanbestedingen, planning en uitvoering.
• Zorg voor naleving van gezondheid, veiligheid en milieuvoorschriften.
• Bereid en evalueer offertes/contracten en prestaties van leveranciers.
• Draag zorg voor de kwaliteit en naleving tijdens uitvoering van werken.
• Reageer proactief op technische issues en operationele incidenten.
• Ontwikkel en beheer preventieve onderhoudsprogramma's en budgetten.
• Verifieer facturen van aannemers/suppliers.
• Optimaliseer ruimtegebruik en coördineer interne relocaties.

Property Manager

• Coordinate technical maintenance, including tendering, planning, and execution
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Prepare and evaluate supplier offers, contracts, and performance
• Monitor works execution to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Respond proactively to technical issues and operational incidents
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets
• Review and validate invoices from contractors and suppliers
• Optimize space utilization and coordinate internal relocations
• Organize facility services using dedicated FM tools and systems

Profiel

• Background in engineering, facilities management, or technical operations
• Prior experience in building management or real estate services
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
• Resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of CAD tools is an advantage
