In4Matic in Belgium seeks a Front-End Technical Architect to shape enterprise web applications and lead technical decisions across delivery teams. You will blend architectural leadership with hands-on guidance to build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

The role focuses on defining standards, driving modernization, and mentoring developers in a complex landscape. A strong interest in AI-enabled development and emerging technologies is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Angular and modern front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of the .NET and .NET Core ecosystems.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong understanding of web security standards and secure development practices.
• Exposure to AI-assisted software development or GenAI solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Define and promote development standards, architecture principles, reusable patterns, and framework strategies.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical direction to multiple delivery teams.
• Translate business and functional requirements into sustainable, scalable, and secure technical architectures.
• Develop architecture documentation, technical recommendations, and implementation guidelines.
• Evaluate the impact, risks, and dependencies associated with technology changes.
• Coach developers and help increase maturity, consistency, and industrialization of development practices.
