Collibra in Brussels is seeking a Technical Account Engineer to be the highest-touch technical presence for a named customer portfolio. You will own the support experience end-to-end, drive risk management, and bridge Collibra's product and engineering teams with customer stakeholders.

In this hybrid role, you will work from the Brussels office at least two days a week, manage end-to-end tickets, perform RCAs, deliver knowledge sessions, and advise on upgrades, release readiness, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical support, technical account management, customer engineering, or solutions engineering role in enterprise SaaS.
• Deep hands-on technical skills including Java, REST API, SSO, LDAP, Kubernetes, VM environments, SQL, and SSL.
• Experience with root cause analysis, debugging, and integration architecture.
• Broad knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, or data management platforms.
• Track record of managing complex technical relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; visa sponsorship not offered.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Serving as the primary technical contact for a named portfolio of Premium accounts with full SLA accountability.
• Acting as the first escalation point for complex issues, coordinating with Engineering and specialist teams.
• Proactively identifying risks through ticket trend analysis and environment health monitoring.
• Advising customers on upgrade paths, release readiness, and timing to ensure stability.
• Delivering Knowledge Share Sessions (minimum two per account per year).
• Conducting bi-annual Support Reviews and quarterly account briefings for Executives.
• Guiding customers on milestones, adoption blockers, and long-term value realization.
• Surfacing expansion signals and churn risk indicators to the Account Executive and Customer Engineering teams.
• Collaborating with Engineering/Product on trends, bugs, and feature prioritization.
