Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Technical Product Manager, Screening, Profiling & Inventory, to join the Therapeutics Discovery Information Technology organization. This role can be located in the United States (Spring House, PA) or in EMEA (Beerse, Belgium).

The successful candidate will partner with scientists, technology teams, data teams, and vendors to define product strategy, shape roadmaps, and deliver solutions advancing molecular screening, profiling, and compound

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, Scientific Informatics, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the technology strategy supporting molecular screening, profiling, and compound logistics capabilities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to scientific priorities, business objectives, and enterprise technology strategy.
• Identify opportunities to modernize scientific workflows through automation, digital technologies, data capabilities, and emerging technology approaches.
• Evaluate new technologies, commercial solutions, and vendor offerings to improve researcher productivity, scientific effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Establish investment priorities and balance short-term delivery needs with long-term sustainability, scalability, and business value.
• Contribute to the evolution of technology capabilities supporting the broader Design-Make-Test-Analyze (DMTA) cycle.
• Build strong partnerships with scientists, operational leaders, and business stakeholders across Therapeutics Discovery.
• Translate scientific needs, business objectives, and operational requirements into actionable technology strategies, product priorities, and delivery plans.
• Deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs and drive measurable business value.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
