Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Technical Product Manager - Cheminformatics and Machine Learning, located in Beerse, Belgium or Spring House, US. The role partners with business and technology teams to deliver cross-site and multi-disciplinary projects, shaping enterprise discovery informatics platforms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, Data Science, or related field or chemistry master with informatics experience.
• 5+ years enabling chemistry informatics systems in big pharma.
• Bilingual in chemistry and technology is essential.
• Experience leading ML initiatives in cheminformatics.
• Experience with KNIME or PipeLine Pilot desirable.
• Python experience desirable.
• Experience with chem software providers like Schrödinger, CCG, OpenEye, ChemAxon desirable.
• Experience with RDKit or CDK desirable.
• Experience with visualization tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI) desirable.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to delivering cheminformatics and discovery informatics platforms globally.
• Define and champion data-driven scientific IT approaches across discovery sciences.
• Lead cross-site, multi-disciplinary projects with internal and external partners.
• Provide vendor management for global cheminformatics applications.
• Manage global deployment of AI/ML models for molecular invention.
• Promote engagement and clear communication between researchers and engineers.
• Define project goals and manage risks and budgets; perform post-project evaluations.
• Identify new business requirements and develop change strategies to meet stakeholder needs.
