In4Matic is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to own the technical direction of a modern digital solution, working at the intersection of software architecture, development, cloud infrastructure and delivery.

You will translate high-level principles into concrete designs, safeguard codebase integrity and drive secure, scalable solutions in a delivery‑focused environment. Minimum 8 years in software, with hands-on leadership and strong Sitecore/.NET experience.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
3+ years in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Solution Designer role within a delivery team.
Production experience with Next.js, React and TypeScript in at least two projects.
Experience with Sitecore in a headless architecture.
Experience with .NET 8 or higher.
Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Headless Services/JSS or Content SDK is highly relevant.
Experience with Azure hosting and cloud-based environment management.
Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of security, scalability, performance and enterprise architecture principles.
Ability to assess non-functional test results and adapt technical designs accordingly.

Responsabilités

Own and maintain the software architecture within an active delivery environment.
Monitor architectural deviations and technical debt and drive remediation.
Maintain codebase integrity by reducing duplication and improving modularity.
Establish and enforce standards around security, performance and scalability.
Translate high‑level solution architecture into detailed technical designs.
Ensure implementations meet technology, infrastructure and security standards.
Refine requirements with product/QA and translate into actionable work items.
Identify dependencies across systems, teams, vendors, data and infrastructure.
Improve development environments, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and monitoring.
Act as the technical contact for management, UX, and external partners.
Coach developers through code reviews, pair programming and workshops.
