• Implement a preventive and corrective maintenance plan.
• Solve technical issues and analyze them further.
• Monitor KPIs and performance, and make investment proposals when needed.
• Coordinate between the technical departments within the Coating division.
• Work constructively with the prevention advisor and environmental coordinator.
• Prepare investment budgets, support them with the necessary analyses, and present them to the CEO in a clear and convincing manner.
