JOB TALENT in Belgium is seeking an hands-on maintenance technician to start up, repair, and maintain machines across the production floor. You will ensure availability of equipment and perform preventive maintenance on the machinery fleet.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, keep maintenance logs, and support operators with installation and start-up of lines. You’ll participate in expanding and improving the machinery infrastructure while complying

• Maintain and repair production machinery to ensure continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and records.

Responsabilités

• Starting up, repairing, and maintaining machines.
• Ensuring the operational availability of production machinery and technical installations.
• Planning and carrying out technical interventions and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure efficient operation.
• Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on the machinery fleet.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic).
• Monitoring and inspecting the proper functioning of production equipment and auxiliary machinery.
• Contributing to the preventive maintenance program for the machinery fleet.
• Complying with safety regulations and applicable standards related to machine maintenance.
• Maintaining and updating maintenance logs and records.
• Supporting technical operators with the installation and start-up of production lines.
• Assisting in the further development and expansion of the machinery fleet/production equipment infrastructure.
