Job summary

Sioen Industries in Belgium seeks a Technical Manager to lead maintenance and optimization of our production site. You combine strategic insight with hands-on leadership to ensure processes and people grow.

You organize maintenance, implement preventive and corrective plans, monitor KPIs, and propose investments. You coordinate between technical departments in the Coating division and mentor the team.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in electromechanics.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
• Autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to motivate your team.
• Passion for technology and continuous optimization.
• Good command of Dutch, French, and English.

Responsibilities

• You prepare investment budgets, support them with the necessary analyses, and present them to the CEO in a clear and convincing manner.

Who you are

• You hold a higher education degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in electromechanics.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
• You are autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented.
• You are responsible, detail-oriented, and able to motivate your team.
• You have a passion for technology and strive for continuous optimization.
• You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English.
