CTRL-F NV zoekt een Technical Fleet Officer die zorgt voor het onderhoud en beheer van containers, road trailers en container chassis, met aandacht voor precisie en regelmatige inspecties.

Je bewaakt inspecties en reparaties, beheert ACEP-inspections en schadeclaims, evalueert offertes en zorgt voor tijdige uitvoering met externe partners, en houdt administratie van de vloot accuraat en up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Je hebt een logistieke of technische opleiding achter de rug.
• Je hebt relevante werkervaring en kent bij voorkeur iets van trailer- en containerbeheer of onderhoud.
• Je werkt vlot met MS Office en bent administratief sterk.
• Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Engels.

Responsabilités

• Je scant en coördineert inspecties en reparaties van road trailers en container chassis.
• Je werkt aan ACEP-inspections en reparaties van containers.
• Bij schade analyseer je dossiers, verzamel je bewijs en volg je schade- en claimdossiers op.
• Je beoordeelt offertes kritisch op werk en kosten en schakelt externe partners in.
• Je houdt de administratie van de vloot up-to-date en nauwkeurig.

As a Technical Fleet Officer, you'll ensure that our client's fleet remains in tip-top condition. You'll oversee the administration and maintenance of the containers, road trailers and container chassis. It's a varied role that requires you to work with precision, but also to regularly investigate and assess issues.

What does your job involve in practical terms?

• You closely monitor inspections and repairs of road trailers and container chassis
• You oversee ACEP inspections and repairs of the containers
• In the event of damage, you'll delve into the case file: you'll examine photographs, gather the necessary evidence and follow up on the damage and claim files
• You'll critically assess quotes for repairs and check that the proposed work and costs are correct
• You will liaise with external partners and repairers and ensure that the necessary actions are carried out in a timely manner
• You will keep the administration relating to our fleet accurate and up to date

In short: you will maintain an overview and ensure that the fleet is properly managed, both technically and administratively.

Jouw skills?

• Je hebt een logistieke of technische opleiding achter de rug
• Je hebt al relevante werkervaring en kent bij voorkeur iets van trailer- en containerbeheer of onderhoud
• Je werkt vlot met MS Office en bent administratief sterk
• Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans, Duits, Spaans, Italiaans of Pools is mooi meegenomen
• Je bent hands-on en oplossingsgericht: je ziet werk en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler
• Je bent leergierig, flexibel en communicatief sterk en houdt ervan om verschillende zaken tegelijk op te volgen
• Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor een positief veiligheidsadvies voor kritieke functies in de haven
