Job summary

AXA Partners is seeking a dedicated contact centre agent in Belgium to support customers during critical moments. You will handle calls, analyse issues, and register details in our system while contributing to customer satisfaction. The role offers hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package.

Start date around December with training blocks and flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts and holidays. A secure contract and ongoing support are provided by AXA Partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in providing assistance services is preferred.
• Strong communication, friendliness, patience, and empathy.
• Team player and able to handle stress.

What you’ll be doing:

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Analyze problems and provide advice and support
• Register customer information in our system
• Ensure quick and efficient handling of customer requests
• Actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent command of Dutch and French, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of English and other languages is a plus
• Experienced in providing assistance services
• Strong communicator, friendly, and patient
• Highly empathetic and stress-resistant
• Enjoy working in a team

Work Schedule & Shifts

• Monday to Friday: shifts from 07:00 to 14:30, 09:00 to 18:00, or 14:30 to 22:00 (a total of 15 shifts)
• Shifts are published one month in advance
• Weekly shift changes
• Work during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays is also required
• Shifts last 12 hours
• Fixed shifts start at the earliest 07:00 and at the latest 10:00

Start Date & Training

• Start date: around December 1st (flexible), with possible start on 07/12 or 21/12
• Training: conducted in different blocks, with one week starting from the second month, followed by another week of training
• Training hours: from 09:00 to 17:00

Remote Work & Location

• Remote work possible based on performance
• One full week working at the office is required
