BEA Sensors Europe is looking for a Technical Support Team Lead for its Pedestrian Entrance Sensors (PES) Segment in Belgium. You will lead a 4-member team to provide high-quality technical support to customers and internal teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree and around 10 years of experience in technical support and product training, along with fluent communication skills in French and English. BEA offers a full-time contract with a flexible work schedule and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as engineering or electronics.
• Around 10 years of experience in technical support and management.
• Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Technical Support team while improving support processes.
• Ensure quality and efficiency of technical support activities.
• Act as a strategic technical interface between field staff and central departments.
