Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Director – Head of Technology, Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation, based in Beerse, Belgium (with global locations). You will own the technology profile, strategy, portfolio and delivery across Immunology, Oncology and Neuroscience, partnering with DDSAI to shape data, AI and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A PhD, MD or equivalent experience in a life-science or data discipline is an advantage.
• Min 10 years of technology or digital product experience in pharmaceutical R&D, with at least 5 years leading teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead technology strategy across Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation portfolio.
• Establish roadmaps and monitor value, risk, dependencies and resources.
• Partner with DDSAI to align data, AI and analytics with scientific priorities.
• Ensure compliant, secure operation and lifecycle management of platforms.
• Co-lead with DDSAI in design, build, deployment and lifecycle of data products and AI-enabled solutions.
