Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Director and Head of Technology to lead the technology strategy for Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation. You will partner with DDSAI to shape data products, AI capabilities, and clinical research platforms across Immunology, Oncology, and Neuroscience.

You will guide multi-year roadmaps, oversee data governance, and drive secure, scalable technology solutions that advance translational science and portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant science/technical discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• PhD/MD or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years of technology or digital product experience in pharmaceutical R&D, including leadership.
• Experience supporting external scientific collaborations, due diligence, data acquisition or partner integration.
• Strong strategic and people leadership skills, with the ability to operate in a global matrix.

Responsabilités

• Lead people, products, platforms, systems and projects across Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation.
• Establish outcome measures and report progress, value, risk, dependencies and resources.
• Partner with DDSAI to prioritize portfolio and define roadmaps across data and AI capabilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, privacy, security and continuous improvement.
• Translate scientific needs into scalable technology and data capabilities.
