Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Director – Head of Technology, Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation to lead technology strategy across Immunology, Oncology and Neuroscience. The role partners with DDSAI to shape data products, AI capabilities and scientific workflows.

The position requires a strong track record in pharma R&D technology portfolios, matrix leadership, and translating scientific needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
• PhD, MD or equivalent experience is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of technology or digital product experience in pharmaceutical R&D.
• Experience leading people and/or matrixed teams.
• Experience supporting external scientific collaborations, due diligence or partner integration.

Responsabilités

• Lead people, products, platforms, systems and projects across the Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation portfolio.
• Establish outcomes, report progress, value, risk and resources for workstreams.
• Serve on the Research Systems Senior Leadership Team and represent the technology agenda.
• Develop and maintain multi-year technology, data and AI roadmaps.
• Partner with DDSAI to translate scientific needs into scalable tech and data capabilities.
• Ensure reliable operation and lifecycle management of in-scope platforms.
