Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Screening, Profiling & Inventory, to lead technology initiatives within Therapeutics Discovery IT. The role can be located in Beerse, Belgium or Spring House, PA, USA, with focus on molecular screening, profiling, and compound logistics across the DMTA cycle.

The candidate will partner with scientists, technology teams, data professionals, and vendors to translate scientific needs into technology strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management, Scientific Informatics, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with scientific and technology stakeholders to define priorities, requirements, and technology solutions.
• Experience developing product strategies, technology roadmaps, business cases, or investment recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of science and technology, translating needs into actionable technology strategies.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the technology strategy supporting molecular screening, profiling, and compound logistics capabilities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to scientific priorities, business objectives, and enterprise technology strategy.
• Identify opportunities to modernize scientific workflows through automation, digital technologies, data capabilities, and emerging technology approaches.
• Evaluate new technologies, commercial solutions, and vendor offerings to improve researcher productivity, scientific effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Establish investment priorities and balance short-term delivery needs with long-term sustainability, scalability, and business value.
• Lead delivery of technology initiatives supporting the product domain and monitor performance and adoption.
