Job summary
Movu Robotics Innovation is seeking a Tech Lead System Development to drive the coordinated development of our automated storage solutions. You’ll own system-level concepts and steer technical direction across engineering domains, mentor the team, and ensure delivery of robust, secure features.
In this role you will set development plans, manage budgets and timelines, and align stakeholders with the product strategy.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in automation, mechatronics, computer engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of engineering experience in automation or complex systems.
- Experience in software, machine safety, coding or configuration of systems appreciated.
- Curiosity about technology and crossfunctional collaboration are essential.
- Positive attitude, team player and autonomous work style.
- English proficiency is a must.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of automated storage solutions across disciplines.
- Set requirements, create and track development plans, and coordinate execution.
- Ensure formal validation that requirements are met and aligned with product goals.
- Mentor team members and promote secure development practices.
- Own system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, service and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
