JustLawyers in Belgium is seeking Belgian-qualified lawyers with 2 to 6 years' experience in Commercial Law & ICT to join leading law firms such as Altius, CRESCO, and Nuans. You will work on commercial and technology-driven contracts (IT, SaaS, outsourcing) and advise on data protection and regulatory aspects of digital business models.

You will support clients on IP, tech transactions, and cross-border matters, collaborating with international clients and innovative businesses.

Qualifications

• Belgian law degree and admission to the bar.
• 2-6 years' experience in Commercial Law & ICT.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Structuring and negotiating commercial and technology-driven contracts (IT, SaaS, outsourcing, digital platforms).
• Advising on data protection, digital services, and regulatory aspects of technology-driven business models.
• Supporting clients on IP, tech transactions, and commercial disputes in a digital context.
• Working closely with innovative businesses and international clients on cross-border matters.
