Ideal candidates have 0–4 years' experience in EU/Belgian law and are fluent in Dutch with very good French. The role offers exposure to high-profile antitrust cases and cross-border regulatory work.

Qualifications

• Experience with EU competition and/or Belgian competition law.
• Draft, review and negotiate competition law agreements.
• Experience supporting litigation, investigations, and regulatory filings.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research on antitrust, merger control, state aid, abuse of dominance, cartel, and EU/Belgian competition law.
• Draft, review and negotiate agreements with competition law implications.
• Support litigation, investigations, and regulatory filings before Belgian and EU authorities.
