Job summary

MPL Antwerp is seeking a hands-on Team Leader Food to guide a team of forwarders through daily operations. You’ll divide tasks, solve challenges, and step in where needed, while building strong client relationships in the food sector.

You’ll work closely with the Business Unit Manager to push for growth, drive engagement, and keep the team sharp. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and experience in forwarding (import & export) is a big plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the kind of experience to match it.
• Solid experience in forwarding (import & export).
• Experience as a team lead in the maritime sector (food business) is a big plus.
• Ability to build and motivate a team toward a common goal.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus.
