Deloitte Belgium is seeking a Tax Technology Consultant to help transform tax accounting and reporting processes. You will bridge tax, finance and technology to optimise data flows and automate compliance in multinational client environments.

Join a team delivering IFRS/local GAAP-compliant tax solutions, leveraging ERP and reporting platforms, with ongoing exposure to cutting-edge tax technology and innovation.

Qualifications

• Background in tax accounting, financial reporting, or corporate tax, ideally gained in a multinational or Big 4 / consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of tax provision processes, IFRS / local GAAP, and tax reporting systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and interest in process improvement and automation.
• Curious about technology and how digital tools can transform tax reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills bridging tax, finance and IT.

Responsabilités

• Support clients in optimising and transforming tax accounting and reporting processes, from data collection to disclosure.
• Design and implement tax accounting solutions integrated within ERP or reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to improve data flows, automation and controls in tax provision.
• Assist in developing tax accounting methodologies aligned with global best practices.
• Provide input on tax accounting under IFRS and local GAAP when relevant.
• Participate in tax technology implementation projects ensuring accuracy of data and outputs.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and digital reporting trends.
