Your journey with us
As a member of our Tax Transformation team, you’ll work on projects that bridge tax, accounting, and technology. You’ll help clients enhance their tax provision and reporting processes, align them with financial systems (such as ERP or consolidation tools), and ensure compliance with local and global reporting requirements, all while embracing digitalisation and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in optimising and transforming tax accounting and reporting processes, from data collection to final disclosure.
- Design and implement efficient, technology-enabled tax accounting solutions, often integrated within ERP or reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve data flows, automation, and controls in the tax provision process.
- Assist in the development of tax accounting methodologies and frameworks aligned with global best practices.
- Provide technical input on tax accounting under IFRS and local GAAP, where relevant.
- Participate in tax technology implementation projects, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of tax data and reporting outputs.
- Stay current on regulatory changes, digital reporting trends, and accounting technology developments.
Let's talk about you
- Background in tax accounting, financial reporting, or corporate tax, ideally gained in a multinational or Big 4 / consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of tax provision processes, IFRS / local GAAP, and tax reporting systems.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and an interest in process improvement and automation.
- Curious about technology, eager to explore how digital tools can transform tax reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to bridge tax, finance, and IT perspectives.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is an advantage).
