Job summary

EIGHT ADVISORY SAS is seeking an ambitious Analyst to dive into high-end international tax projects, advising on direct tax aspects of transactions and gaining hands-on experience within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

You will work on carve-out and acquisition structuring, integration of transactions, and serve Belgian and international clients, including private equity and large corporates, with opportunities to have a direct impact on financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Holds a Master’s degree in Law or Economics.
• Additional Master in Tax is a plus.
• Team player eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exposure to challenging projects.
• Strong social, analytical, and curious problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the direct tax aspects of transactions.

Carve‑out and acquisition structuring

Integration of transactions (mergers, de‑mergers, asset deals, etc.)

Our clients include Belgian and international Private Equity players, as well as large corporate accounts. You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact in the financial landscape through your work.

Job requirements

We’re seeking an ambitious Analyst who:
