8advisory located in Belgium, Brussel Hoofdstad, is looking for an ambitious Analyst to advise clients on the direct tax aspects of transactions. You will work on exciting international assignments including carve-outs and acquisition structuring, due diligence, and tax modelling.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Law or Economics and is a team player eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential.

You will advise clients on the direct tax aspects of transactions, working on a variety of exciting and international assignments, including:

• Carve-out and acquisition structuring
• Due diligence
• Integration of transactions (mergers, de-mergers, asset deals, etc.)
• Tax modelling
