A leading data consulting firm is building a talent pool of Data Scientists to work on high-quality projects across Belgium. This role requires expertise in data science and machine learning, focusing on developing predictive models and delivering actionable insights. Candidates should have at least two years of experience and strong communication skills to work with stakeholders. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning or a strong project portfolio.
• Experience with SQL and structured/unstructured data.
• Strong statistical and analytical thinking.
• Experience with model evaluation, validation, and performance monitoring
• Strong communication skills (able to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders)

About the role

We are building a talent pool of Data Scientists for upcoming opportunities with leading companies across Belgium. These roles focus on turning complex data into actionable insights, developing predictive models, and supporting business decision-making through advanced analytics and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, forecasting, clustering, NLP, etc.)
• Analyze large datasets and translate results into clear business insights
• Work closely with stakeholders (business, product, engineering)
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning (or strong project portfolio)
• Experience with SQL and working with structured/unstructured data
• Strong statistical and analytical thinking
• Experience with model evaluation, validation, and performance monitoring
• Strong communication skills (able to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders)

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, or big data tooling
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)
