Unilin is seeking a Talent Partner to join our Group Services Talent team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across divisions, partnering with line managers and HR to attract top talent and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

You will lead international recruitment across multiple domains, nurture agency partnerships, and help shape recruitment strategy with HR stakeholders. A master's degree and 3–5 years in Recruitment & Selection are required.

Formación

• Master's degree and 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership and drive.
• Fluent English; Dutch and French are a plus.

Join our Group Services Talent team as a Talent Partner and become the driving force behind attracting and selecting top talent across Unilin's divisions.

You’ll be part of our Talent team with specialists in Recruitment, Training & Development and Communication, jointly owning recruitment projects that secure the talent our business needs to grow.

• You take end-to-end ownership of the recruitment journey, acting as a true business partner to line management and HR stakeholders across our divisions.
• You lead the (international) recruitment and selection process across a wide variety of functional domains: Operations, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, Supply Chain, and more. You partner closely with the business to deeply understand their needs and expectations, and you coordinate every step of the hiring journey (from intakes to interviews, offer conversations and comp & ben). You make sure excellent candidate experience is guaranteed.
• You act as a true Talent Partner to our internal stakeholders, such as HR Managers and HR Business Partners across Unilin’s 5 divisions, co-creating the recruitment strategy for your scope.
• You identify and nurture relationships with agencies, building lasting partnerships that keep Unilin top of mind.
• Beyond recruitment, you stay on top of market trends and emerging best practices, contribute to and get involved in related themes such as internal mobility and learning & development.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You have a genuine passion for Human Capital, hold a master's degree and bring around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment & Selection.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong sense of ownership, and the perseverance to see things through. You're mature, curious, and eager to learn across every domain you touch.
• You're a motivated, dynamic, and energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
