Responsabilités

• Welcome candidates to the plant for interviews and ensure a professional, positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview rooms, and notifying relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a first point of contact for candidates, answering basic recruitment-related questions and providing guidance throughout the application process.
• Receive, review, and route speculative CVs to the appropriate hiring teams or maintain them for future opportunities.
• Support candidates with online applications and troubleshoot basic application issues where required.
• Assist with maintaining candidate records and ensuring recruitment documentation is complete and accurate.
• Support local recruitment activities, including job fairs, open days, careers events, school engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives.
• Help promote employment opportunities through local advertising channels and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information at all times.
• Provide general administrative support to local Talent Acquisition and HR teams as required.

Work Environment: This role supports central functions and offers flexible work arrangements including hybrid or fully remote options, subject to role requirements and manager approval.

Hiring Range: 41,250 – 60,000 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on any applicable collective bargaining agreement’s minimum salary, the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.

Incentive Plan: This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.

Position overview:

The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Support Coordinator supports local recruitment activities by providing an excellent candidate experience and acting as the first point of contact for external applicants. What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, HR, or recruitment support role is desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with a wide range of candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using recruitment or HR systems is advantageous but not essential
• Fluent Dutch and English language
