Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring an Engineer I in Systems Reliability Engineering to ensure reliability, availability, and performance of critical Retail Technology platforms globally.

You will independently manage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and partner with engineering and business teams to improve service reliability and operational excellence. The role is hybrid, based in Brussels Ixelles, Belgium, with a minimum of three days in the office and up to two days remote.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing production incidents and ensuring quick restoration of services.
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, automation and scripting.
• Bachelor-level degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage production incidents and operational issues to minimize business impact.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Support production releases, service transitions, and operational readiness activities.
