ENGIBEX in Belgium is seeking a Systems Project Engineer to act as the technical and organizational focal point at transmission system level, ensuring deliverables meet program milestones.

You will coordinate across software, hardware, mechanical design, testing and validation, lead technical follow-ups, and perform deep-dives into critical issues while maintaining clear communication with the project team. A Master’s in engineering and fluent English are required.

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Interest in automotive system development, especially powertrain or transmission systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle complex systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive and eager to learn from experts.

Responsabilités

• Own transmission system-level deliverables and align with program milestones.
• Follow up actions, risks and dependencies across the project.
• Coordinate activities between software, hardware, mechanical design, testing and validation.
• Perform technical deep dives and lead investigations via 8D process.
• Prepare and maintain project overviews and technical status summaries.
• Organize technical meetings and ensure action closure.
• Escalate blockers through appropriate channels.
• Contribute to system-level documentation and releases.
• Perform transmission requirement decompositions.
• Support transmission validation through verification planning.
• Develop ownership of coordination topics over time.
