Médiane Benelux is seeking a System Integration Engineer to unite mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems into advanced transmission solutions. You will coordinate, validate, and support the full lifecycle, ensuring compatibility and performance across development and production.

The role requires a Master’s in Engineering with 3+ years in automotive system integration, strong subsystem knowledge, and collaboration with design, testing, and production teams.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 3 years of system integration experience in automotive.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems.
• Knowledge of system engineering and requirements management tools.
• Team-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the integration of subsystems (mechanical, electronic, and software) across development and production phases.
• Ensure subsystem compatibility and follow their product lifecycle.
• Define and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications.
• Develop a high-level technical overview for each transmission configuration and assess subsystem maturity.
• Lead integration planning, timelines, and risk assessments, and ensure alignment with testing teams.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with design, testing, and production teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Document and communicate integration status, issues, and resolutions.
• Contribute to the creation and release of technical product documentation.
