Taleo Consulting in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, seeks a System Expert to contribute to the development of complex electronic and embedded systems for medical and industrial applications.

You will translate requirements into electronics architectures, lead cross-functional teams across electronics, FPGA, firmware and embedded software, and help ensure quality and EMC compliance. The role requires 10–15 years of experience and a Master’s degree, with fluent English and French as a plus.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in electronics development, embedded systems or firmware.
• Strong expertise in at least one area: Electronics, FPGA or Embedded Software, with broad system knowledge.
• Experience with SoC architectures, AMD Xilinx, Intel Altera, FPGA, DSP and ARM.
• Hands-on experience with Altium, Vivado, Quartus, Git, Polarion and/or Teamcenter.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed PCB design, simulations and EMC compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 26262 or DO-178/254 is a plus.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
