Myn in Brussels is seeking a System Engineer Packaging for a 12-month freelance contract. You will maintain and evolve critical packaging applications and manage EXE/MSI/MSIX packaging using InstallShield and WISE across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS.

The role requires deep Active Directory, LDAP, GPO, Intune/SCCM and Azure knowledge, with scripting in PowerShell and VBScript. C2-level fluency in English, Dutch or French is expected, and prior experience with large-scale endpoints is

• Experience with 100,000+ endpoints and 1,000+ software applications.
• Packaging experience (EXE, MSI, MSIX) with InstallShield or WISE.
• Certification: MCSA, MCSE, or MCSD.
• Expertise in Active Directory, LDAP, GPO, Intune/SCCM.
• Broad Azure, networking, App-V and Oracle VM VirtualBox knowledge.
• Solid scripting skills: PowerShell and VBScript.
• C2-level fluency in English, Dutch or French.

System Engineer Packaging - Brussels - 12-Month Contract - Up to €675/day

• Maintaining and evolving critical technical applications used across the organisation
• Managing software packaging (EXE, MSI, MSIX) using tools such as InstallShield and WISE
• Operating across a broad infrastructure stack spanning Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS
• Administering and maintaining Active Directory (domains, trees, forests, trusts, groups, users, OUs, sites), LDAP and GPO
• Working hands‑on with Intune/SCCM for device and application management
• Supporting Azure environments (static/dynamic groups, license assignment)
• Contributing to networking setups (TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, DNS, DHCP)
• Applying application virtualization (App‑V) and Oracle VM VirtualBox
• Scripting and automating with PowerShell and VBScript
• Ensuring security processes, policies and standards remain aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Acting as a trusted technical point of contact across technical, business and management stakeholders

Profile

• Bachelor's level knowledge (or equivalent through experience)
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role and comparable large-scale environments
• Proven experience managing IT environments with 100 000+ endpoints and 1 000+ software applications
• Strong hands‑on packaging experience (EXE, MSI, MSIX) using InstallShield, WISE or similar toolsets
• Relevant certification (MCSA, MCSE, or MCSD)
• In‑depth expertise in Active Directory, LDAP, GPO and Intune/SCCM
• Broad knowledge of Azure, networking fundamentals, App‑V and Oracle VM VirtualBox
• Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript)
• C2‑level fluency in at least one of: English, Dutch or French
