Groupe SII Belgium is seeking a Systems Engineer focused on simulation and algorithms to join a dynamic engineering team. You will contribute to design, development, and integration of advanced systems used in civilian and military environments.

You will work with clients and stakeholders to define solutions, validate algorithms, and ensure successful implementation, with emphasis on real-time embedded contexts and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering as listed.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong foundation in math, statistics and data analysis.
• Analytical and detail-oriented problem solving.
• Proficient in Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, Python, and Git.
• Familiar with real-time algorithm implementation on embedded systems.
• Clear communicator and proactive team player.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher); French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Understand client needs to propose tailored technical solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture definitions meeting requirements.
• Evaluate algorithm performance through analytics and simulations.
• Conduct V&V activities for new and updated designs.
• Support integration of algorithms into hardware via code generation and HIL testing.
• Optimize auto-generated C code and collaborate with embedded teams.
• Contribute to field trials and analyze flight/test data for refinement.
• Model physical behaviors and run simulations to guide decisions.
