Job summary

SII Group Belgium is seeking a System Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team. You will contribute to the design, development, and integration of advanced systems used in civilian and military environments, working with clients to define solutions and ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field).
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with full development lifecycle processes: requirements gathering, design, development and integration.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end system design, third-party integration and prototyping of electronic/IT systems.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Containers, Orchestrators, and Hypervisors).
• Experience with DOORS, Polarion, Capella, Enterprise Architect.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English (B2+); French is a plus.
• EU citizenship required; security clearance may be requested after hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble system components to evaluate overall performance, interactions, and functionality.

Qualification

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field)
• At least 3/5 years of professional experience
• Experience with full development lifecycle processes, including requirements gathering, design, development, and integration;
• Strong expertise in end-to-end system design, third-party integration, and prototyping of electronic/IT systems;
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Containers, Orchestrators, and Hypervisors...)
• Experience with tools like DOORS, Polarion, Capella, Enterprise Architect...
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes is a plus
• Familiarity with UX/UI design tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying updated on new technologies;
• Ability to work independently and proactively while being an effective team player;
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of French is a plus;
• EU member citizenship is required, and security clearance will be requested after hiring.
