act digital is seeking an experienced infrastructure/system administrator to join our Digital Transformation Department and contribute to the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure across international sites.

You will troubleshoot incidents, implement changes, and manage virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, and Active Directory, collaborating with a skilled team while continuously learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Curious mindset with interest in technology watch and continuous learning.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot complex incidents and infrastructure issues.

• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner.

Job Description :

You will join our Digital Transformation Department and work alongside a team of experienced system administration experts, contributing to the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting on complex incidents and infrastructure issues
• Implement system changes, deployments, and patch management
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain virtualized environments (VMware or Hyper-V)
• Support storage and Active Directory administration activities

Profile / Requirements :

Profile & Qualifications

• Master's degree (Engineering School, University, or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of significant experience within an infrastructure or system administration team
• Strong communication skills with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Curious mindset with a strong interest in technology watch and continuous learning

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of SSM tools
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills (mandatory for Windows server environments)
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructures (100+ servers across multiple international locations is a plus)
• Fluent English required
