COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain high-availability infrastructure across virtualization, storage, and server environments.

You will monitor performance, perform upgrades, and develop automation tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security and reliability in our ICT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure systems engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and distributed file systems.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and security practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VCP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus.
