prado is seeking a system engineer to own the technical integration across brands onto a single group platform, covering identity, devices, infrastructure and applications. You will build the machine that answers tickets rather than waiting for queues.

You will automate relentlessly using PowerShell, APIs and AI tooling, working with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure and Odoo, while communicating in English and Dutch and leveraging French as a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or related engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years of broad systems experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking, virtualization, backup.
• High agency: you act without a playbook and start things others avoid.
• Comfort with uncertainty and legacy environments.
• Scripting and automation skills: PowerShell, APIs, low-code, or a language of your choice.
• A fascination with AI and making it part of daily work.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Bring our brands onto one group platform by identitying (Entra ID), endpoints (Intune), networking, backup and monitoring.
• Take custody of existing IT estates by mapping undocumented environments and migrating them into the group setup.
• Build the automated support layer: AI-powered first line, runbooks, monitoring and self-service.
• Investigate and fix issues from misrouted mail flow to legacy servers and document the fixes.
• Direct our partners: MSPs, telcos and cloud vendors to your standards and verify deliveries.
• Automate relentlessly with scripting, APIs and AI tooling across Microsoft 365, Azure and Odoo.

As our system engineer, you own that technical integration. You bring every brand onto one foundation for identity, devices, infrastructure and applications, and you hunt down the problems nobody has mapped yet. This is build work. There is no ticket queue waiting for you; you build the machine that answers the tickets.

what you will do

• Bring our brands onto one group platform by identitying (Entra ID), endpoints (Intune), networking, backup and monitoring, following one standard you'll help define.
• Take custody of existing IT estates by mapping undocumented environments, securing access, documenting everything and then migrating them into the group setup.
• Build the automated support layer: an AI-powered first line, runbooks, monitoring and self-service, so recurring questions are answered by systems and the team keeps its focus on build work.
• Solve the unsolved from a misbehaving mail flow to a legacy server nobody dares to touch, you investigate, fix and document.
• Direct our partners: managed service providers, telco and cloud vendors deliver to your standard, and you verify what they deliver.
• Automate relentlessly by scripting, APIs and AI tooling are your default answer to repetitive work, across a stack that includes Microsoft 365, Azure and Odoo.

what we are looking for

• Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent through experience) in IT or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years of broad systems experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking, virtualization, backup. You are comfortable across the whole stack, from cloud console to server room.
• High agency: you act without a playbook, you start things nobody asked for, and a blocker is where your story begins.
• Comfort with uncertainty and legacy, an undocumented environment excites you more than it scares you.
• Scripting and automation skills: PowerShell, APIs, low-code, or a language of your choice.
• A fascination with AI, and the drive to make it part of how you work every day.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Dutch; French is a strong asset.
