Job summary

Avertim Belgium is seeking a motivated intern to contribute to the development of its Sustainability Service Line starting January 2027. You will work with sustainability, marketing and business units to support business development and communication initiatives, collaborating with directors and board members.

This internship offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, with learning opportunities and exposure to cross‑functional projects in sustainability, branding and events.

We are looking for a motivated intern to contribute to the development of our Sustainability Service Line starting in January 2027.

Your mission

You will support the growth and visibility of Avertim's Sustainability service line.

You will work closely with several departements, including sustainability, marketing and business units on business development and communication initiatives. You will collaborate with directors and board members of Avertim.

Business Development Support

• Participating in the identification of business opportunities and prospects
• Helping identify and source sustainability experts
• Monitoring market trends and best practices in sustainability.

Branding & Communication

• Contribute to the branding and visibility of the Sustainability service line
• Assist in the organisation and promotion of business events.

What we are looking for?

Education

• Master's degreee student in Business Management, Business Engineering with knowledge on sustainability
• Eligibility to obtain an internship agreement through a recognised educational institution is mandatory

Skills and competencies

• Strong interest in sustainability and sustainable business transformation
• Affinity for communication, branding and event management
• Strong organizational abilities

Languages

Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus

Technical skills

• Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Knowledge of communication and content creation tools is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in sustainability, business development and/or communication, marketing is a plus.
