CIT Blaton is seeking a Sustainability Advisor to integrate ESG principles across our operations and reporting. You will work with the Sustainability Engineer and report to the Process & Innovation Director to drive environmental initiatives in a construction context.

Responsibilities include shaping goals, monitoring regulations like CSRD, reducing CO2, and engaging employees through workshops with HR. Fluency in Dutch and French is expected; autonomy and pragmatic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s program focused on sustainability management, environmental technology, and energy.
• Experience in a similar role within construction is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of regulations like ISO 14001 and CSRD.

Responsabilités

• Identify risks and opportunities related to sustainability within the core business.
• Propose ESG goals and translate them into concrete actions.
• Work on circular economy, energy, waste and supply chain improvements.
• Ensure compliance with CSRD and other European regulations.
• Measure and reduce CO2 emissions and support related initiatives.
• Prepare ESG reporting and implement ESG commitments.
• Raise awareness and run workshops with HR on sustainability topics.
• Help shape sustainability projects and inform stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments.
